This word is used correctly because the guy with the weird hat says he is sorry but he really is not and the other guy calls him out on it, therefore calling him a hypocrite. The word evokes a joking but serious tone because they are joking about being sorry but the other guy is also being kinda mean to the weird hat guy.</div>]]></description>
