In short, what I’m talking about is how companies will choose profit over the welfare of the environment. Perhaps you could say as long as its legal and profitable, companies will not care much about other things. Similarly, if it's for economic growth the government can just close their eyes and say it’s for the country. But what can we do? We’re just regular folks who have no say in this. Is probably what most are thinking. But outside this box that we put ourselves into lies our true worth. You have to see the bigger picture. If you look at the Philippine population, a vast majority belong to what can be considered as the low to middleclass part of society.
