The wording of the question "Do you identify as a trans person?" Could be made more inclusive by rewording it to "Do you identify as a Trans or Gender Diverse person?" Many nonbinary and gender diverse people don't feel comfortable claiming the trans label or will sometimes assume that label on its own is only referring to binary trans folks.

Given that there are so many strains on the healthcare system across the country right now, it could be useful to get a picture of what people's access is to health services to see how that affects outcomes. Something like a question about whether the participant has a primary care practitioner, asking them to rate how difficult it is to see a practitioner, or how long on average they have to wait for an appointment could be a good idea.

Be sure to clarify that these include in-person and online communities. For a lot of structurally and systemically marginalized youth, online communities are a lifesaver and really essential to socialization, and support.

Might want to clarify what "total household income before taxes." Youth might be confused as to what "household' is.

I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet (if anyone has, feel free to ignore this!), but in the $80,000 to $90,000 range, there is a percent sign rather than a dollar sign in front of the 90,000!
