Congratulations on your formal appointment as Class Leaders of 3F! As we navigate the choppy waters of Upper Secondary curriculum, the class will be tested in ways beyond the academic. As  co-captains of our ship, it will be your job to maintain a level head, a clear vision of our destination, and a kind and forgiving heart. 

Servant-Leadership is not easy, but we have full faith in you that you will lead, learn, and grow through service. 3F is a ship, and we must stay afloat or sink as one - if holes start to appear in our hull, we will all go down together. You are not expected to mend all these holes by yourselves, but it is up to you to inspire everyone to pull their weight. 

We are proud of you for stepping up and taking up this mantle. Remember that a leader of men and women must by necessity be surrounded by them, and can therefore never be alone in any undertaking.
