I'm from a small town in Louisiana called Sterlington. I went to Sterlington high school where I met so many good friends that effected how I am today in the best way possible. I have two older brother, Jack and Will, as well as the best parents a girl could ask for! I also a standard poodle at home and her name is Sunny. A fun fact about my family is that every year we go to the beach with my whole dads side of the family (the picture above is the family beach trip from this past year!)

Even though I love my home town, I have made an amazing home for myself in Arkansas. I chose to come to the University of Arkansas cause I wanted to be different then everyone from my home town and go somewhere that I really liked. That's when I picked Arkansas! I love going to this school and all the SEC games are the best. But my most favorite part of this school is my friends that I have been to lucky to get my freshman year!

Home as a Teacher

I am so excited to become a teacher. Becoming a teacher is something that I have also wanted to do since my mom and aunt are teachers. Over the summer I did an inter ship with my aunt, who is a second grade teacher, where I worked with pre k kids that needed extra help before moving to Kindergarten. I fell even more in love with the profession then I already was. I knew after that month of summer school with those kids that I was right where I needed to be! I can't wait to teacher Kindergarten!!!
