It is used for the curation and sharing of knowledge by and for employees within an organization.


It is used to discover information, post questions and highlight best answers.


Our organization uses the platform, among other things, to house a Community of Practice (CoP) for Learning Professionals.


The CoP is run by volunteers within the Learning Professional community within our organization.


We host webinars, workshops and discussions on the field of L&D on a regular basis for professional development.

Connectivism - employees learn through being connected with others in the organization with similar interests.
