  • Keep elaborating on the effect that changes will have on Jane and most importantly the business
1b. Motivation question
  • Elaborate on how losing a member of staff could effect the business. Staff will be anxious - worried that they may lose their jobs. This could suppress their creativity - people will be scared to make mistakes. 
  • What could the knock on effect of people not volunteering be? Less productivity? Decrease in profits?
