         <description><![CDATA[<div>The difference and then and now is that it seems like there are more reformers that are finding out the statistics of poverty instead of&nbsp; going out and helping the people fiscally. And back then the reformers were trying to help by conving the people to stand up for them self or by buying a house to help the people get a job, water, food and a shelter. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The solutions now seem to be trying to end poverty at the source so it stops growing instead of fighting poverty were its happening so by doing this they could stop more people of being in poverty and then they can go and help the people that are in poverty already with more resources. And back then the people tried to end poverty by helping the people in poverty but there was more people that keeps going into poverty so they couldn't stop more people going into poverty. </div>]]></description>
