Some people may be more familiar with it from a context of law enforcement where people are (illegally) discriminated against based on a profile they supposedly match that is often heavily racialized, gendered etc. In what ways are profiling areas profiling? Not just in regards to what areas we (dont) support but in a self-reflexive sense of looking at our epistemological, collaborative, and recruitment blindspots, etc. (#profilingsowhite)
