This describes a bricks and mortar store. They talk about vintage leaving a carbon footprint. This is because of the transportation of the products. Even though Queens vintage is a moving pop-up meaning pollution from the car, I am looking at sustainable ways to reduce this. This article has given me an idea to make Queens vintage even more sustainable - selling to textile merchants who break them down the clothes into rags or fibres and sell them on to upholstering companies as stuffing for things like car seats, sofas and punchbags. I will be using this idea - if the item of clothing doesn't sell after the pop-up has finished they will be sold and broken down.
