Trying it

Didn’t expect much. I signed up anyway. Thought I’d have to fill in a giant form with every detail about my life since I was 5. Nope. Few questions, what I sell, who I think my people are. That’s it. They started the campaign. Felt weird. Too easy almost.

I kept checking my inbox like a weirdo. First week nothing big. Few clicks. Second week, boom, actual humans emailing me. Not bots. Not “hello dear” spam. Real people asking about my stuff.

The good bit

It was strange because these people didn’t need me to explain everything from scratch. They already kinda knew what I do. So talking to them felt normal, not like pitching to strangers. And when they say 3X conversions, I’m not gonna pretend I counted exact math on day 1, but I saw more of them saying yes. Which is really what matters to me.

Also I didn’t have to sit there guessing if this was working. It was obvious. I’m not big on charts but even I could see the spike.

The not so good bit

One week my follow ups didn’t go out on time. Some tech thing. Annoying, yeah. But they fixed it quick. That kinda matters more to me than it never breaking. At least they didn’t vanish like other places once they have your money.

Oh and you have to be ready. Like… the leads come in, you answer fast. I learned that the hard way. If you wait 3 days they’re gone. That’s not their fault, that’s on me.

Why I think it works

They’re not just throwing random traffic at me. I’ve had that before. Means nothing. This is different. Feels like they’ve filtered out the people who were never gonna care. So I’m not wasting my time explaining to someone who was never gonna buy anyway.

That 30 day or no pay thing? Kept me sane. I hate wondering if I’m just throwing cash away. If it flopped I could walk. But yeah, it didn’t flop.

My advice if you try it

Have your stuff ready before you start. Email templates. Quick replies. Whatever you use. Don’t just set it up and then sit back hoping. Meet it halfway and you’ll actually see results faster.

Also, write down your numbers. I didn’t at first and then I realised I couldn’t prove to myself it was working, even though I knew it was. Once I tracked it, I was like… oh wow, this is actually real.

End of it

I’m not saying it’s magic. I still have to answer emails and do my thing. But it’s the first time in a long time I’m not chasing the wrong crowd. If you’re sick of random clicks and empty DMs, might be worth a shot.
