         <description><![CDATA[<div>A <strong>chocolate chip cookie</strong> is a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cookie#Classification_of_cookies">drop cookie</a> that originated in the United States and features <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chocolate_chip">chocolate chips</a> (small morsels of sweetened chocolate) as its distinguishing ingredient. Circa 1938, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruth_Graves_Wakefield">Ruth Graves Wakefield</a> added chopped up bits from a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nestl%C3%A9">Nestlé</a> semi-sweet chocolate bar into a cookie.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Cheddar Bay Biscuits </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Heat oven to 450.</li><li>Combine Bisquick with 4 Tablespoons butter using a pastry cutter or a large fork.</li><li>Add milk, and cheddar cheese.</li><li>Stir together.</li><li>Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.</li><li>Bake for 8-10 minutes.</li><li>In a small sauce pan combine 2 Tablespoons butter, garlic powder and old bay seasoning.</li><li>Heat until butter is melted.</li><li>Spoon butter mixture over hot biscuits.</li></ol><div><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtGaHcyFt1k">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtGaHcyFt1k</a></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Creaming Method - Convert ( as an oil ) into an emulsion . </li><li>Caramelization - Caramelization is the browning of sugar, a process used extensively in cooking for the resulting sweet nutty flavor and brown color .</li><li>Maillard Reaction - Maillard reaction is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reducing sugars that gives browned food its distinctive flavor . </li><li>Cream of Tartar - a white, crystalline, acidic compound obtained as a byproduct of wine fermentation and used chiefly in baking powder . </li><li>Bar Cookie - Bar cookies consist of batter or other ingredients that are poured or pressed into a pan (sometimes in multiple layers) and cut into cookie-sized pieces after baking . In British English, bar cookies are known as "tray bakes" .</li><li>Molded Cookie - Molded cookies are also made from a stiffer dough that is molded into balls or cookie shapes by hand before baking. Snickerdoodles and peanut butter cookies are examples of molded cookies.</li><li>Drop Cookie - Drop cookies are made from a relatively soft dough that is dropped by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
