Earth have turned into an ocean with mountains remaining as isles. Survivors managed to stay alive in the capsule hotel attached to the science laboratory. 

Main character Alan, an architect, is a few days away from finishing the anniversary memorial for the lost part of humanity. Alan is depressed due to loosing everyone he loved and being trapped in a hotel room for a year. His condition is only getting worse making Alan hallucinate. 

The animatic shows a combination of Alan's dreams and current life. Everything recalls him to the past and the people that left him. He is trying to leave this stagnation, while getting trapped both in reality and in his dreams.
