First Noble Truth
The First Noble Truth represents the suffering (dukkha) of a human's life. The main concept of this topic is that life is unsatisfactory, rooted in the mental habit of clinging.

I chose this topic because I think it is very important that humans learn the negative/positive aspects of clinging. We are so blind that we cling even when we feel we are not doing so. I feel that clinging is an aspect that will eventually cause great harm to a person's entire image. Clinging is somewhat of an insecurity that we have created. We have become so caught up into believing what society says about us that we never try and discover ourselves and how we want to become. We cling to the things that we think are "right" and "good" without even taking an actual look and what that "good" thing is. I do think that clinging does have it's perks but at the end of the day, all things come to an end, it's just a matter of time. But it is not about that. It's about what we do to maximize that time to better ourselves. Clinging can not be changed, we are humans but there are there different approaches we as humans can take to cling on to healthy and more positive attributes/actions within our lives.

Hinduism: Moksha (main concept).

Moksha portrays the moment of becoming fully aware of who/what you are, which results to pure awareness of one's self. It is connected with Hinduism which is a way life is lived by certain people all over the world.

This is one of my favorite topics to discuss and express my feelings about. I truly think it is important to discover your true self and figure out who you want to become. Now I am starting to really see who I want to become and where I want to take my life. Not only does it take time, but it also takes hard effort to really be comfortable with one's self. In today's society, many people are so caught up on pleasing other people and are so eager to meet the standards of other people's standards which makes no sense to me. It is very rare to meet a person that goes against the "norm" and does something completely different with their lives. I feel like we are going against the norm when deciding to take real estate seriously more than ever. People in this generation are caught up on looking the hottest or being the coolest that they never take the time to discover their true purpose on this earth. Many do not know because they do not take the time to sit with themselves and find out what they like to do and do not like to. I challenge myself to just take a month to really figure out what they like and don't like, I think it will make a huge difference within the way they live because then they'll discover a lot more about themselves more than ever. I talk to myself a lot and find it really therapeutic. Not only am I talking about my thoughts but I am organizing them in ways I want them to be. It has heled become the human I am today and possibly a better one once I am 25. We will be free and happy, I promise. I want you to Take control of the life you want and the efforts we put in now so that our future would be brighter. This practice is very important and should be used for all people around the world, especially during times like these when we are at home and quarantined in.

Taoism: The Toa (main concept).

The Toa's original meaning is "the path". It's a universal principle that underlies everything from the creation of galaxies to the interaction of human beings. The workings of Tao are often beyond human comprehension and is not practiced much. In order to understand it, reasoning alone will not suffice. One must also apply intuition and dedication.

I feel this topic is not talked about as much as it should be in schools and life overall. It is not portrayed the way it should be and that is a problem. In order to truly witness greatness within one's life, we must be able to revert back to history and see what has happened within the past in order to better our future. Dad always told us that history is the most special subject to really understand because we can look at blue prints of what people did that worked and did not work and use it to our advantages within our futures. The beauty of history and understanding past creations of things, humans, and ideas can cause a great change within our own lives today and possibility within our own futures. The Toa should be implanted within the minds of humans today, our minds as well so that we understand the importance of creation and how they can shift their mindsets about certain things that harm this world. I think we have come along way and have matured into an amazing person. Once we can harmonize ourselves with the world and unify one's self with nature and earth, many minds will shift for the better and a lot of positivity would be disturbed within the world because we took the time to connect and build this amazing relationship with the world.
