         <description><![CDATA[<div>Symptoms:<br>- Unnecessary excessive fear<br>- Ill feelings (stomach aches, tremors, racing heart)<br>- Restlessness<br><br>Why people may not know they have general anxiety disorder?<br>- Someone might think that their feeling of anxiety is not that bad, but can realize that it is an actual disorder for them<br>- They might think that they are just sick, but it could actually be anxiety<br><br>RISK FACTORS: <br>- Having anxiety might cause certain phobias, either rational or irrational<br>- Anxiety can cause other mental illnesses to be escalated<br>- People with anxiety might be more prone to substance abuse</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Treatments include a mix of psychotherapy and medication. These treatments have been proven to be the most effective, but treatment plans vary in different people because different things work for different individuals. For treating mild generalized anxiety, the recommended treatment is cognitive behavioral therapy.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Some people suffering from anxiety also suffer from depression as well.<br>- Anxiety can cause feelings of sadness and dread.<br>- Anxiety can also lead to suicidal thinking.<br>- Suicidal thinking does not get better on it's own, so if you find that you have anxiety seek out a mental health professional. </div>]]></description>
