I also had to moniter all of the coaches and make sire they were doing the right thing and not messing abou. It was also my job to rotate the schools around sports so they all got an equal amount of time without over runnung as some school had to leave without others. we did this with the help of a time keeper who would signal for wehn i had to blow the whistle to move round. I personally believe that i did a good job as all of the children had fun and enjoyed the day.
