1.       In the sidebar of the application click on contacts and then click on add contact. 
2.       In the search field enter the name or email address of the person you wish to add and click find. 
3.       Select the person from the search results then click on the add to contacts button. 
4.       Once the request has been approved ensure that all contacts are available by checking their status. 
5.       In the contact list hold down the control key and click on the names of the contacts you’d like to participate in the meeting. Right click the selection and begin a conference call by clicking on the Skype call button. 
6.       Your contacts will then receive a notification and they can choose to either accept or decline the request for a conference call. 

So long as all the users have access to the internet the meeting should run smoothly.
