For example diabetes and obesity.</div><div>2.I try to eat homemade food, not fast food. I also drink about 2 liters of water during a day. In fact, I have breakfast every day. Sometimes, when I buy products, I read labels on them.<br>3.If you want to eat right, you need to buy foods that are low in fat, salt and sugar. I drink about 2 liters of water every day. Also to be healthy you should have breakfast every day.  I don't make a shopping list, because I <strong>keep</strong> everything in my head.<br>3.  If you want to be healthy you should buy foods that are low<strong> in </strong>fat, also you can  <del>to</del> make juice from fruit. I think it is important to develop <strong>healthy</strong> eating, because if you <del>will </del>eat healthy food , you will be healthy , strong and more beautiful.<br>2. Every day I cook my own dinner. I try fill my cart with lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meat.<br>When I buy any products, I read nutrition labels,if possible. Also I have breakfast every day, because&nbsp; it helps to rev your metabolism. And of caurse, I try to drink plenty of water every day.<br>3. If you want to keep healthy eating, I think you should plan healthy meals. You shouldn't buy and eat products, which<del> are</del> contain harmful fats, a lot of salt <strong>or</strong> sugar. Try to eat small meals every three to four hours. Also you can cook and eat some snacks between meals. If you want to eat sweets, you can replace them with fruts or eat a slice of dark chocolate.<br><br></div>]]></description>

But if you eat unhealthy food such as fast food and different fried food, you will gain weight. <br>2.
