in one place, I used white paper for the background, I downloaded Stop Motion Studio for free and I took pictures in the app and set the frame rate to 12 frames per second.
I built the set and the penguin out of foam boards, I painted them and glued some bits of plastic crisps bag. 
I did this because I was interested in learning about water pollution and I build this set of the penguin getting caught in an oil spill near the cliff of the Antarctic to represent an example of water pollution and how unhealthy it is for all ecosystems, especially animals.
I would probably improve of glueing a wire behind the penguin so it could stay straight up without leaning on either side while it would move smoothly across the stage, probably to make the gap for the penguin to stick on to be a bit wider for it to ride along with the wire.
I created this stop motion with a penguin because this scene is represented near the cliff of the Antarctic and penguins live there.
make the frame rate higher like 15 frames per second or take my time on this if I didn't feel like being in a hurry.

Then the bananas and carrots go in different directions and the apple is left alone.
I filmed this in stop motion animation at 15 frames per second.
I built the bananas, carrots and apple out of plasticine and filmed them on the wooden board, I filmed with my phone on a small tripod in one place.
I created it that way because I felt like being in a hurry to get this film done before Wednesday and so I tried to film quickly and my idea was to create a simple peace sign with my own plasticine made foods.
I like when the ring of bananas on the outside spins in one direction while the line of carrots on the inside spin in another and the apple in the centre spinning in the same direction as the bananas.
I liked using them to create the peace sign.
I would use the earbuds and connect them to my phone so I can take pictures by pressing the volume buttons instead of pressing the red button on the screen as they create camera bumps.
I would try and film much earlier when the sun is up and the lighting is good and come back to my regular things later so as to focus on my projects like this one and not be distracted.]]> 2023-03-08 14:21:26 UTC https://padlet.com/danielandrewkotlar/aobc9m82cyqw0u4h/wish/2508670120 danielandrewkotlar https://padlet.com/danielandrewkotlar/aobc9m82cyqw0u4h/wish/2508756602 To create my Thaumatrope, I drew and cut out two circles out of paper, on one half of the first circle I drew the first half of my name and the right halves of the peace sign and heart and I did the same thing but other at round on the second circle. Then I glued them onto the straw and spun it round very fast which looked like the six letter combined to create my name and the heart and peace sign were appearing as one piece.
The formal elements are lines, I think.
My first Phenakistiscope is with a person running, I drew a circle and added lines to create 8 sections and I drew different versions of the person running with a black pen so it could be seen as I spin it.
I wanted to colour it in but Lex asked me to not to because it’s a practice.
I actually love my Phenakistiscope of a Ukrainian flag waving, I was inspired by the GIFs of flags waving to create this.
I drew a small frame like thing with different lines for every 5 millimetres and I would draw the line with the frame and move the frame for 5 millimetres in every frame and do this for every lines of the Ukrainian flag.
I was allowed to paint the flags, I painted the bottom half of the flags yellow and the top half blue as the Ukrainian flag is.
The colour was the formal element of this flag on the Phenakistiscope.
I would have made them better and experimented more if I took my time completely and not be rushed by the deadline. I would perhaps show my parents and others for feedback and finish it when I’m told to.
I don’t know how to answer this but I believe with the theme of colours, I would have tried different colours to see if they would blur as I spin them, but the Ukrainian flag is what I’m proud of but it appeared to be a bit blurry.

The photos of me, Tilly and Remerrah were taken in the hallway, at the stairs and at the main room of the campus.
The photos were all taken from the Nikon camera.
I did different poses while one or two of my peers would move the light around or behind me while Remerrah would be in charge of taking photos; I would be in charge of taking photos when it’s the others’ turn and also move my phone torch or flashlight to create different light lines.
I think I would have to put a timer in the camera while it’s on the tripod and get into my pose and be ready to hear the camera click and take a photo, I would take a couple of photos of the same pose and choose which one I like the most and delete the others that I dislike.
I like trying different poses to look through afterwards and choose which ones I can work on and improve on again.
I think it’s nice for me and my peers tried to use different coloured papers to try creating the different colours of light to create some new photos and experiment with them.
If my group would want to try and experiment in the dark with their flashes on phones, I would do exactly the same when the others are being photographed.
I would try a different subject like trying a pose with one of my peers to create something imaginative and new and let the others try to move the flashes around us.
I have learned to stay in one place for my pose and let the others in my group move their flashes as the source of light to move around me
