The Human Resources department should be equipped with 8 functions. Every team member should play a role as one of the officer in charge for each function. 

Please call a virtual meeting via Padlet. During this meeting, you have to determine the amount employees that you are planning to hire, the description of job analysis, the expectation of candidates, the HR planning and development. 

Please come out with one employment advertisement with job description and the list of questions for your interview and the expectation of the candidates. 

For every group, at least 2 team members will play a role as the candidate. Other team members will play the role as the simulation interview session. 

After this interview, you have to justify why you have selected this candidate and not selected the other candidate.

2. I am a fresh graduate from University of Malaya. I have graduated my bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a first-class degree. I am good in editing posters and videos and I have been working with data in my past experiences as a student.

3. I am applying for this position to challenge myself to work in a new environment and to gain experiences in the marketing job.

4. I am a focused person, which means that I will continuously doing my work until I get it done. I am also an organised person, I always doing my routine according to the schedule and I can arrange my priorities based on which one should I focus on first. To add on, I am a teamwork person and I will always put my team first before my personal interest.

5. I am young so I may not have many experiences in this working scene. But I am ready to learn everything and once I get the step, I can do on my own. I believe with my ability and with the help of others, we can together bring this company up ahead.

6. As an introvert myself, I may not very good to approach and talk to people first. But what I have read about marketing job scope, the marketer is not just about sales promotion, public relations and communicating with customers. I can do a good job behind the scenes such as the content marketer or market research analyst. Working with numbers and collecting data are normal job to me since I was a mathematics student. So, I think I can perform just fine. 

7. I am looking forward to work with other people and learn more inside of this company from them. I also want to improve my communication skills so that I can get more confident to talk with people.

8. If I were to quit, it might be that I get a better offer from another company, but I will give all my effort and commitment to this company until my last day.

9. Since I do not have any driving license, LRT and buses are my main transports.

10. I expected around RM3,000 but RM3,500 is more than enough for me, at least for a start.
