The following year, Rory Rineer moved to work at PHICO. Serving as an account executive and underwriter, and focusing on the medical malpractice insurance sector, he quickly established himself as a trusted sales executives. He left PHICO in 1996 but continued to work in the medical malpractice insurance sector as a member of the Henderson Insurance Agency sales team. In 2001, Mr. Rineer founded the Professional Liability Agency, dedicated to providing medical malpractice insurance for health care professionals in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. While leading his firm, he served on the board of Pennsylvania Joint Underwriting. He also serves as the owner and president of PLA Brokerage Services DBA Risk Transfer Advisors.
