I'm like, 'We're at football practice, not right now.' Then we started talking, ended up meeting and he kind of mentored me in my faith for about a year. Dante was huge, I owe him a lot.” One of Carson's big focuses in his foundation is the Word Of God. It is something he is very passionate about and wants to spread the word and have more positivity in the world.

One Characteristic Carson has proven time and time again is his leadership. As told by his teammates and Coaches Not being a leader is Unnatural to him, Great confidence, sometimes he gets into arguments with coaches, All of his charity work sets him apart, and he's the kid of guy you would want your kids too look up too.

Emma was in the parkland shooting that took place on February 14 2018 in Florida.
About her speech-
Emma said during her speech that took place three days after the shooting, “If all our government and President can do is send thoughts and prayers, it’s time for victims to be the change that we need to see” She is saying how if people who a lot of people know of and they aren't doing anything then other people need to step up ad help.

Emma and her peers are trying to get more people aware of guns rights and want young people to stick up for themselves. Emma and her peers traveled to different cities and gave speeches and had a march for our lives march.

superpower-
Emma's superpower is speaking up for the benefit of others with a lot of hope for the better change of the cause. Emma always think of the positive and how gun control can be changed even with a situation that may not seem to be easy to make a change.

Characteristics-
The way Emma makes her words as powerful as she does its because this topic of gun violence and rights is clso eot her concerdiering that she lost classmates to that. She said on many interviews that even when she feel like her and her peers aren't doing anything to help and that they are being put down by adults they keep going and don't let others try and stop them. Emma is very consistent with what hes says and how she makes her point clear to others. Emma opens up about how her taking a lead to this situation has changed her and made her see from different perspectives. And says that there wasn't a day where she wouldn't just get overwhelmed with sadness and grief over the passed peers and how there needs to be a change in her eyes.

Reflection-

Emma gonzalez shows many different ways that she likes to take action on the broad situation of all gun rights. She likes the way of thinking of multiple perspectives and that stand out to me as she moves on to being more well known. She is taking into consideration that there is more to an issue than just that people aren't doing anything and letting it happen that but it just is happening and many people and I see her as a social justice leader.

Our social justice leaders connection is, they all are speaking out and helping to make a change in the way people are treated. Because of people and their gender, feelings, culture, point of view, race, and mental illnesses, they are treated poorly and our social justice leaders speak out and try to prevent that from happening.

Our social justice leaders put themselves before others to help out people who are to scared to stick up for themselves. They all relate back to leadership. They all step up and take charge for a major causes that needed to be fixed.
