Currently, I'm working as a Teacher's Assistant at Think And Grow (my first job after graduation), and it's been such an incredible experience so far. The kids are an absolute delight, and it's so much fun to be able to learn from them as well, because they think of everyday things in such new and interesting ways.

I have been working in the IB system for about 6 months, but I have 11 years of experience in education overall. I hold a graduate degree in Psychology, which has provided me with a strong understanding of child development and learning behaviours.

I am Sundus Yousaf, currently serving as a PYP5 Homeroom (thoroughly excited for the exhibition this year). I joined this dynamic workplace in 2023 as a PYP4 Homeroom and my experience in an IB world school has been nothing but a roller coaster ride. I have been learning something new every single day.

I have been associated with the field of education for over a decade and worked with some of the most prestigious schools. My experience over these years have elevated my love for learning and my quest to allow my students to become independent learners has lead me join this esteemed institution.

I am particularly excited to explore the PYP curriculum in detail during MTPYPH, where I can find techniques to create opportunities for my students’ deeper understanding and create holistic learning environment inside my classroom. I am also looking forward to work collaboratively and through individual reflection, with my fellow colleagues.

A year ago, I joined Think and Grow, which has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The school's vibrant learning environment and its commitment to student-centered education align with my own teaching philosophy. My name is Shabana Haroon, and I have had the honor of being immersed in the field of education for over fifteen years. Although my expertise lies in teaching the English language, my career has afforded me the opportunity to explore and instruct various subjects.

Approximately two years ago, I transitioned into the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework as an Urdu teacher for PYP 1-4. Initially, I approached this new role with some reservations, but I have since developed a deep appreciation for the unique experiences it offers. The enthusiastic students, dedicated staff, and invigorating environment of this school continually motivate me to excel in my teaching practice.

I'm Yusrah Mujeeb and im currently working as EY-I Homeroom at Think and Grow International. I have been serving as a preschool educator since last fifteen years and recently in Aug '23, I joined IB world which is undoubtedly an incredible experience .
