INGREDIENTS ✏️📋

2 eggs 

1 can of sardine 

1 red onion

Bread (Use any type and brand you prefer)

3 calamansi limes (Adjust to your preference)

1 tbsp of honey mustard

2 red cayenne peppers 

STEPS 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

1. Wash the eggs and boil for 12 minutes or until it becomes hard boiled eggs.

2. Dice the onions and place them into a bowl, next, add in the sardines.

3. Squeeze the limes, discarding the seeds, and add the lime juice into the bowl containing the sardine mixture.

3. Add in about 1 tbsp of honey mustard, or you can add in more or less according to your preference.

4. Slice the hard boiled eggs and place them into the bowl.

5. Mix all the ingredients, untul it forms into tiny chunks.

6. With two slices of bread, add the sardine mixture onto one slice, and place the other slice on top of it.

7. Cut the sandwich however you like. 🥪
