To ensure consistency in selection, instead of doing it on a class basis, we can look at level selection...For greater comprehensiveness, after the level selection, level subject teachers can look at the list to provide qualitative feedback i.e. if there is a need to include other students who need the remediation more.

when selecting students for remedial, refer to the previous year's results for all subjects. e.g. check student's involvement with E2K.
Highlight concerns for P3&P4 Higher Mother Tongue selection. e.g. students may require more support in other subjects before taking on Higher Mother Tongue.
Suggestion - Before confirmation of P3 Higher Mother Tongue students list, MT department to check with P2 Subject Teachers on student's progress.

P6 Sem 2 supplementary class - instead of whole class coming back, we can provide targeted remedial support for students who need it more

Sem 2 - We can also have subject-based clinics for students, based on sign up. Come with questions to ask the teachers.

Also building on last year's initiative, to have 'homework club' for students who do not have the home environment to study at home.
