My Education - Allowing me to learn and grow can help me to do whatever I need to do.

Kindness in People - When working with someone there are many traits to look for but above all else they just have to be in general a nice person to get along in a work like environment.

A Clean Work Environment - In order to get things done a space has to be clean and orderly, you can't focus in a mess!
