         <description><![CDATA[<div>Prior Knowledge:&nbsp; The students have limited knowledge of the sport of badminton with many of the students not having participated in any manner in badminton. Therefore the knowledge of the skills and the court in the lesson is limited and in many cases non-existent.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Prior Skills: similar to the level of knowledge on the area of badminton the student’s interaction with the skills involved in the game of badminton is at a low level. The students have some hand-eye co-ordination skills gained through the sports they have already participated in such as rounders.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Prior Attitudes: the students are not enthusiastic with the idea of completing a badminton module but it is in line with the schools programme for the year so has to be completed. The girls in particular are hesitant about completing the module.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
