         <description><![CDATA[<p> 1 anger is when you get a lot of emotions tied into one emotion and you generally&nbsp;lash out.</p><p>2 expressing anger positively you don't hit anyone.</p><p>expressing anger negatively is when you hurt someone.</p><p>3 it is important to control anger outbursts because  you can seriously hurt someone.</p><p>4 People hit me for no reason</p><p>my mom yelling at me</p><p>my mom hitting me</p><p>people bullying me </p><p>people giving me really dirty looks</p><p>people  who don't stop talking</p><p>people i know i wont like the first time </p><p>people in general.</p><p>my mom</p><p>my dads wife.</p><p>The video below is not only about anger its about how it happens and some of the reasons why people get angry over the stupedist things and thats unacceptable.</p><p>Nashaly: Great vid gives a lot of tips on how to manage stress.</p><p>Olivia: Good find informative about road rage and how to manage it.</p><p>Gabby: I the animation and story in your video tho.</p><p>Haarden: funny video none of those S.O.S skills worked for me.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.When you get mad you lash out you are not happy.</p><p>2.Expressing anger positively is you do not hurt someone and you try to hurt someone negatively is bad u lash out you hurt.</p><p>3.Because if you don't someone can get hurt or even hurt your self, an it's good to learn to control your anger </p><p>4.</p><p>* People hovering over me or standing to close if we don't know each other well</p><p>* People talking when I am trying to talk </p><p>*&nbsp;When I am being yelled at and I have know idea what I did</p><p>* People talking about my friends/family bad </p><p>* If someone makes fun of me</p><p>* If someone says something about my past </p><p>* When someone makes fun of the way my little brother talks</p><p>* When people give me nasty looks</p><p>* If I am tiered an someone messes with me</p><p>* When someone says about my cloths</p><p>5.</p><p>This video says that you can get throw everything and you should never let anger control you. In the video the man was telling use about how he learned to cope with anger and did not let it over come him. It shows that you can hurt your self when you get mad. In the video he learned that writing or drawing helped him cope with everything soon he learned that he does not need his book he can do it all on his own.</p><p>6.</p><p>About the videos</p><p>*Olivia's video was about trying to find ways to stop you from getting angry an showing signs of anger.</p><p>*Matts video was about peoples anger an I did not get to watch the hole thing because of the bad langue in it.</p><p>*Haardens video was showoing us ways to calm down when you are angry like tapping ur neck or rist.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.&nbsp; Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.</p><p>2.&nbsp; The difference between expressing anger positively and negatively is that when you are positive about it you won’t be as loud and you would think about what you want to say or do before doing it. If you negatively express your anger you might curse and say things you don’t mean.</p><p>3.&nbsp; It is important to control anger outbursts because if you don’t have control of yourself you could do things or say things that could hurt others.</p><p>4.&nbsp; My top ten anger triggers are:</p><p>¨When people tell me what to do</p><p>¨When I don’t get my way</p><p>¨When I get dress coded</p><p>¨When my phone gets taken</p><p>¨When people don’t listen to me</p><p>¨When I tell someone to do something and they don’t do it</p><p>¨When plans get cancelled</p><p>¨When people think they know everything</p><p>¨When people think everything they say is right</p><p>¨When the volume is to low and they won’t turn it up</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The video I posted gives tips on how to control your anger. You should learn to cope with your anger and find cool-headed thoughts or techniques that work for you. For example in the video, the lady talks about the S.O.S. Treatment that reduces anxiety and stress. There are three points where you can do this treatment. Overall stress and anxiety aren't good for you and you should try your best to avoid them.</p><p>Nashaly: Great video, gives a lot of tips on how to manage stress and such.</p><p>Olivia: Good find, very informative about road rage and how to manage it.</p><p>Matt: Funny video, but inappropriate for the most part.</p><p>Gabby: I like the animation and story in your video. </p>]]></description>

While expressing yourself negatively, you might say things you didn't mean to in the first place and hurt the person.</p><p>3) It's essential to control your outbursts because it might ruin a friendship or a career at any place of employment.</p><p>4: 10 Annoyance Triggers</p><p>4a.          <description><![CDATA[<p>1.a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility.</p><p>2. The difference between expressing anger positively and negatively is when you are positively expressing anger you are taking the good out of it and not being as obnoxious. However, when you are expressing your anger negatively you are most likely lashing out and maybe even using physical activity.</p><p>3. It is important to control anger outburst because if you do not it can lead into very serious matter. For instance it can lead in negative physical behavior and can potentially hurt yourself, the person targeting the anger, or even an innocent bystander.</p><p>4. It gives you good ways to not get angry and to keep calm even at the worst times.
