There are no rules, consequences, nowhere to turn when students are late, are leaving the classroom, are chronically absent, are not listening, are not participating, are keeping other students from engaging in the subject matter, are acting out in destructive ways. We have been told recently not to call on the DOS for most of these behaviors.
