Data Informed Approach

Knowledge - The use of ecological framework as the common frame of reference, knowledge of the construct of data sources

Skills - organising and tagging data points, triangulating the different data points, translating data insights into key leverage actions

Values - collaborative culture (engendering conversations), purposeful leadership (using data meaningfully)

There is coherence and alignment in MOE for the schools.

TSS - that behaviours are managed at different tiers, upstream (before an incident i.e. rules, routines, procedures) to downstream (when an incident occurs)

CCE Learning exp - upstream efforts to prevent disruptive and hurtful behaviour

CESE - the environment that is critical for reporting, for students to upstand

Case Mgmt Process - different levels of severity requires different ways to manage/follow-up and requires a team comprising of SDT/Allied Educators

DIA - to support upstream efforts so that it isn't just fighting fire i.e. incidents

CCE learning experience: coherence in students learning is not just lessons but goes beyond lessons e.g key SDEs, creating coherence requires collaboration with others and it is whole school effort, importance of CCE learning outcomes to create the coherence, common language and consistent messaging
