My experience with the tele-attendant was simply wonderful. From the very first contact, I was welcomed with attention and care that I never expected to find. I felt that my issue, no matter how simple or complex, was treated with seriousness and respect. The tele-attendant was simply wonderful, and a big part of that is thanks to Antônia, who was incredibly patient with me and Jess. From the beginning, she welcomed us with unique attention, making every moment of the interaction special. Even in the face of our doubts, uncertainties, and difficulties, Antônia was understanding, never rushing the process, and always ensuring that we felt comfortable.

Her patience was a standout quality. With every question, no matter how challenging, she remained calm and gentle, explaining everything clearly as if she were right beside us, genuinely willing to help. It was a human experience that made us feel not just like customers but like people who truly mattered.

The way she conducted the interaction, with empathy and serenity, made all the difference. Jess and I walked away with the feeling that we were heard, understood, and well cared for. Antônia turned a simple conversation into something very special, and for that, we are deeply grateful.
