Kevin Devine - Another Bag Of Bones
Some videos are animated to get there point across differently, people may watch this as a parody message or some things are serious, sometimes they add animation to a song to mix it up a bit as not many music videos have animation so it just make it more interesting as well as it makes the video a bit more enjoyable to watch, mainly animation would be added to songs that are aimed at children because children will be drawn to cartoons rather than people.

Eminem - Not Afraid
When making a music video people sometimes use a green screen to add special effects or to making the scene change without having to go to that destination itself, even though it is clearly shown that it is better to film the location for real instead of adding a green screen where its just a still picture, also they add green screens to change the feeling of a sing as if its a light background it will be happier but if its a dark background it will seem sad and depressing.

Eminem - Survival
when making a music video, a directer will want to have a lot of different shots during a song because they may start the song with a high camera angle to show that the actor/artist doesn't have much power by us looking down on them but then half way through the song it will change to a medium camera angle to show that they have got more power and they are level with the viewer, but then by the end they maybe using a low camera shot to show that they have power over us and that they are important at this time.

Britney Spears‬
When they use the term 'multi-image' in the music industry they mean they have added multiple images of them or another person in the video in one shot to make it look a bit more futuristic, another reason why people use multi-image is because they have the same person doing different poses or to add effect they have a person doing a one man band where they sing different parts to the song at once of one does the beat while the other sings.

Adele - Rolling In The Deep
In the media industry she they use the techniques 'cutting to the beat' its the transition or 'cut' from one shot to another, the reason its to the beat is because most songs that use this technique have a strong beat where it flows well in the music video when they cut from scene to scene as it helps to keep or create rhythm and pace in the song, in some songs they cut to another scene while the person in frame is still singing which draws the viewer to the video because it can flow extremely well. The music video shows Adele sitting on a chair in a room. The room looks old and dusty, with dusty painter sheets laid on furniture and the floor, this draws our attention to Adele and keeps it on us as there is nothing else to distract us from her voice. The shots around her main scene involve others things such as a drummer playing drums, glasses of water portraying the beat through ripples in the water, a model city, a dancer with a weapon to show beauty is dangerous, a wall and plates being thrown at a wall.

Hello - Adele
An impressionist music video can be used to make the audience/ viewer feel a certain way and will use seemingly unrelated, random and peculiar shots to express the themes of the video. However the shots will often relate to the current lyric in the song when the shot is shown. The shots could include people, scenic locations, everyday objects to more obscure objects and abstract features. There will usually be a particular theme of synergy which will connect the unrelated shots together.

Born In The USA - Bruce Springsteen
An interpretive music video means that the video and lyrics itself have many different meaning so that people can feel the music in different ways and then therefore it will have a different effect on peoples moods. in this music video its mainly him singing to the audience but it sometimes brings in snips of different occasions like a birthday party as well as having scenes of the american flag as it is a song about being born in the U.S.A. i believe that the music video was successful because it was a stage video so it would make people feel as if they are actually at the concert as they are able to see him playing live and hearing the audio perfectly. i believe that the way in which the audience sees this video is positive as americans would be able to relate better as its a song about there country.

I believe that the music video was successful because it includes multiple styles which makes the video catchy to watch for its time.i believe that the audience will see the video in a possessive way as its a catchy song with a catchy video which will make people enjoy it more.
