Although, it is the same scene and the same thing is happening in it they are different ways that the reader understands it. In the graphic novel we actually can see everything like Victor's face which shows how sick he truly is and his friend holding him while he confesses to him about his creation. I say this because in the graphic novel we see the creation go back to how Victor assumed he would then he tells Victor's friend how he sees the story and also how he actually feels bad for killing those people. As a result of his feelings the monster tries to kill himself since he sees no point of living since Viktor was dead. Where in the passage there were a lot more words that weren't nececary. Overall, the end was very confusing and without the pictures, the graphic novel would have been difficult to understand. In the graphic novel there were fewer descriptive words when Victor found out Elizabeth was murdered. There was a lot more sound effects happening than in the actual text. In the actual original passage, there was none and there was a lot of description in great detail about how her dead body was whereas in the graphic novel since it has pictures there is no need to really explain because the picture does it instead. Overall, in the climax in the graphic novel it is much clearer this is the climax because we can see Victor's emotions which helps us understand how important it is to see it. We have the same image as in the original texts since we would have to picture it.
Even though they didn't have the same exact words we still got the same outcome of the climax with the help of images.
