Ours is a state primary school in Gödöllő, which is a lovely town near the capital, Budapest, with about 32,000 inhabitants. There are about 650 children and 65 teachers in the school.
The school was named after a 19th century hero, who fought for the freedom of our country.
Kids start to learn either English or German in their fourth year at school, when they are 10.
The school building is quite modern, it has a big gym, a theatre with a real stage, an ICT room, and even a craft room with a furnace - the pupils can do pottery, as part of our special education program for Hungarian folk traditions and crafts. In lower primary they also do folkdance.
In the photo you can see the main entrance to the school.

Ordu, birkaç günlük kısa programla gezilip, tadı çıkarılacak bir şehir değil. Yüzölçümü Türkiye‘nin birçok iline göre daha küçükmüş gibi görünse de zorlu coğrafi şartlar kısa mesafeleri bile görece uzun yolculuklarla birbirine bağlıyor. Bu yüzden kent merkeziyle, şelalesiyle, yaylasıyla, kent ormanıyla bu güzel şehri tam anlamıyla keşfedebilmek için en az bir hafta gibi bir süre ayırmak gerekiyor.
