As an HR staff member in URS, I help build purposeful service for academic and support excellence by being attentive and responsive to the needs of our faculty and staff. In handling their concerns and assisting them in processes, I’ve learned that purposeful service is not only about efficiency, but also about empathy and respect (one of the highlights in the seminar).
