Math Fluency with Sports' for multiplication and division, is an application designed specifically to practice the skills of multiplication and division within the context of several sporting activities. This will be basic understanding and based off of memorization, so this would fall under remember. I would use this to assign "homework" that helps students practice the skills being taught in class.

iBrainstorm is the perfect tool to use for idea generation and focusing on possible solutions. Electronically collaborate with iBrainstorm with up to four iPads. Draw or note additional notes on the background. I would use this is instruction to have students collaborate together and show the different operations in their own math problems. This obviously reinforces the standard in that it explores multiplication and division operations

Math Facts Mahjong brings together the game of Mahjong Solitaire and math practice. Together, these components form a surprisingly fun and effective way to develop multiplication and division skills. This would fit into instruction by being used in centers or teaching through problem solving groups. This app allows you to solve problems in a similar, but new way.

Teachley Mt. Multiplis is a super fun game for kids that helps them build connections that are needed to understand the distributive property of multiplication. I would use this as an in class activity on the day we dive into distributive property. It really breaks down each individual step of the way to perform this operation and it directly applies to the standard.

Scoreboardz is a counting app that can track performance or create surveys. There are four customizable counting areas, multiplying and subtracting features, and an option to use whole numbers or decimals. A simple tap of a finger will record a tally. This could be used for students to decide which property of multiplication and division they like best and can also be used to conduct a class survey. It helps reinforce their own decision making and reporting data.
