My family has always been dear to me because they saw me how I grew up to be who I am today. They were there first one’s to teach me to be kind and respectful to others. They have set a great example to me with their words of wisdom and life advice. My family may have its flaws, but I still love them.

This was the start of my journalism journey in 2019 when I got to work with amazing journalists. We went through months of tireless preparations. But, with the help of our teamwork and coaches, we were ready to face challenges. This was us in the Regional Schools Press Conference, where we secured our ticket to the Nationals!

The media that I consume mostly is melodramatic movies that can make my eyes bawl. My personal favorites would be “Four Sisters and a Wedding”, “Seven Sundays” and “She’s Dating a Gangster.” These movies are dear to my heart not only because they are entertaining, but it is also comforting. They will give you life lessons and it can heal you when you feel sad and want comfort.
