I live in Marsaglia, I love going out with my friends, but also i like study. I don't do any sports in my free time , but i play piano in a music school in Bobbio, called MusicaFacendo.

The village has everything you need: schools, shops, and friendly neighbors. Bigger towns like Soest are not far away, so it’s easy to reach more stores or events. Life at Möhnesee is calm and close to nature, but you’re still well connected.

It’s a great place for families, students, and anyone who likes fresh air and outdoor activities.

My favorite genre of music is k-pop and my favorite band is Stray Kids. I'm also a scout.

I like animals a lot and enjoy spending time outdoors or meeting friends.

I’m also really looking forward to our trip to Brussels.

Even though Soest is really old, it’s also a modern place with schools, sports clubs and lots of cafés where you can meet friends. Everything is close by, and there are also bigger cities like Dortmund or Cologne not too far away.

The Council is made up of ministers from each EU country, and the ministers who meet depend on the topic being discussed. For example, environment ministers meet to talk about environmental issues, while finance ministers meet to discuss the economy.

The presidency of the Council changes every six months and is held by a different EU country. The presidency organizes meetings and helps lead discussions.

The Council’s main jobs are to adopt EU laws, coordinate national policies, and shape foreign and security policy. Most decisions are made by qualified majority voting, but for important issues like foreign policy, all countries must agree.

It is important not to confuse the Council of the European Union with the European Council. The Council of the EU is made up of ministers who make laws, while the European Council is made up of heads of government who set the EU’s general direction.

The main goal of the ECB is to keep prices stable by controlling inflation. To achieve this, the ECB sets key interest rates and manages the amount of money in circulation. When inflation is too high, the ECB may increase interest rates to make borrowing more expensive. When the economy is weak, it can lower rates to encourage spending and investment.

The ECB also supervises major European banks to ensure financial stability. It works closely with national central banks, forming the European System of Central Banks (ESCB).

In summary, the ECB plays a vital role in maintaining economic stability and confidence in the euro across Europe.

The Parliament works together with the Council of the European Union to make laws, approve the EU budget, and check the work of other EU institutions.

It meets mainly in Brussels (Belgium) and Strasbourg (France). The Parliament helps make sure that the voices of European citizens are heard in the EU.

1:Saint Fara’s porch,our School exit,at the time of monaticism,the part you see in the first Photo,was where they hard theyr garden,where now there is a museum,that you cant see in the Photo,where the monk’s dormitory.

2:The tale tower you see in the second Photo is Bobbio’s cathedral bell tower,one of the main tourism monuments.

3:The main monument is Gobbo bridge,it goes back at roman’s age,and its even called Devil’s bridge,becouse the story tells that,for losing a best siti saint Colombian,the devil ,for a bet with saint Colombian,he builtt in one night,in change for the first soul that walked on it,and all the humus are the different backs of the little devils that helped him.

The city of Angra do Heroísmo is one of the main symbols of the island. Because of its valuable patrimony and historical importance, it was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1983. 

The culture of Terceira Island is very rich and characterized by religious traditions and popular festivals such as the Holy Spirit Festivals, which include religious ceremonies. Another important tradition is the “Touradas à corda” (rope bullfighting) a type of bullfighting unique of the Azores. Carnival is also very important on the island. People usually perform the famous “Bailinhos”, which are musical and theatrical performances created by groups from different parts of the Island. 

Gastronomy is also appreciated. The most famous dish is “Alcatra”, a traditional beef stew slowly cooked in a deep clay bowl in a wood oven. “Queijadas Dona Amélia” are a local sweet pastry. 

Terceira Island is a great place to visit and enjoy the culture and natural beauty. 

It’s a city with great cultural, historical, and political diversity. 

Traditional food includes "moules-frites" (mussels and fries), "carbonade flamande", "waterzooi", waffles, chocolate, and beer. 

The main attractions include Grand-Place and Atomium. Grand-Place is a historic square recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Atomium is an iconic atom-shaped structure built for the 1958 Expo. 

Some traditional dishes include choucroute (fermented cabbage with sausages), tarte flambée (thin dough with cheese and onion), and bretzel or pretzel (the popular bow-shaped bread). 

The main attraction is Strasbourg Cathedral, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built on the remains of an ancient structure. Its construction was completed in 1439, and it is the fourth largest church in the world. The city's impressive Gothic architecture can be seen throughout the streets of the old town. 

Luxembourg is a small European country, famous for its medieval fortified town built on steep cliffs. 

It hosts several important European institutions, such as the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Investment Bank. 

The country’s traditional dishes include Judd mat Gaardebounen (smoked pork collar with broad beans), Bouneschlupp (green bean soup), and Gromperekichelcher (potato pancakes). 

The main attraction is Place de la Constitution, an emblematic square home to the monument Gëlle Fra. It is a golden statue dedicated to patriotism and to the Luxembourg soldiers who died or went missing in both world wars. 

I like volleyball and I play at the local team. I also love listening music. When I have free time I play some online games with friends.

It is composed of two jurisdictions: 

• Court of Justice: 
  - One judge from each EU country; 
  - 11 Advocates General. 

• General Court: 
  - Two judges from each EU country. 

Its main functions are: 

• Reviewing the legality of actions taken by EU institutions; 

• Ensuring that member states comply with their obligations under the EU Treaties; 

• Interpreting European Union law to provide clarity and consistency across all member states. 

Basically, the Court of Justice protects the rule of law in the European Union! 

The European Parliament is based in Strasbourg (France) and also works in two further places: Brussels (Belgium) and Luxembourg. Committees usually meet in Brussels, while parliamentary services and the General Secretariat are in Brussels and Luxembourg. 

Plenary sessions take place in Strasbourg every month (except August) for four days, and in Brussels six times a year for two days. Committees meet in Brussels once or twice a month to coordinate with the European Commission and the Council. 

It has 720 members who work for the future of the European Union. 

You might be wondering — what does this Parliament actually do? 
Here’s the answer: the European Parliament decides how to use the EU’s budget and, together with the Council of the EU, approves, changes, or rejects proposed European laws. 

The European Parliament has many responsibilities, but I think these two are the most important ones. 

It has 29 members: 

- 27 political leaders from each EU country; 

- The President of the European Council; 

- The President of the European Commission. 

The current President of the European Council is António Costa. He started his term on 1 December 2024.  

What does the European Council do? 

• Sets the main priorities for the EU (for example, economic strategies and political directions). 

• Helps when the Council of the EU or the European Parliament cannot reach an agreement. 

• Decides how the EU should respond to global events. 

The European Council meets in Brussels twice every six months and may be convened extraordinarily by its President when the situation so requires.  

In summary, the European Council acts as the strategic leader of the European Union, shaping its future goals and major decisions. 

I‘m 17 years old and go to the Aldegrever-Gymnasium in Germany. I live in a really small village here called Wamel. In my free time I enjoy being creative, going out with friends and listening to music. I have been interested in politics for a while now and think it is really important. That’s why I’m excited for our trip to Brussels to learn more about the EU!

-In the afternoon of the 27th we meet in Brussels, in "La Grande Place", for a first meeting.

-On the 28th we'll meet at 10 am to visit the European Parliament together, and in the afternoon we'll have a guided tour of the city.

In my free time I play soccer or go out for a walk with my friends.

I love reading manga (my favourite is Chainsaw Man) and listening to music, but I don’t have a specific taste in music, I usually listen to Eve, Hatsune Miku (vocaloid), Odetari or TVGirl, my favourite song is “nope your too late I already died”, I also love playing videogames, like pokemon (I grow up with them), Splatoon 3 and Miitopia. I’ve watched an Anime-Korean Musical called “Alien Stage(ALNST)” and I’m obsessed with it. I have a cat called “Coco Chanel”, she’s my baby!! I’m learning to edit or do animations with my drawings. I’m really happy to have this experience with all of you, i’ll love to be friend with everyone! that’s it, see you!!

I have two cats: one named Kira, a short-haired Turkish Van, she's very affectionate and loves to be scratched;the other, named Minú, is a European tabby,she prefers not to be touched.
