In our lives, the water is important for all. Importance of water
Water is one of the most important things we could find in nature, and it is a valious resource. But it is not unlimited, we just have a few.
Throughout history, humans have not recognised until we have realised that it is not raining enough, and we are wasting too much water.
We use water to drink, to wash ourselves, wash any stuff and to water our plants. Also industries and factories use them to refrigerate their machines, produce electricity and other kinds of energies. In nuclear power plants, water is used to refrigerate and clean the wastes, to make them safers. In fact, water is involved in any human or animal activity.
Nowadays, we just know a planet that has water, the Earth, and we are destroying it. Water is necessary for any life to grow and develop, such as animals, people, plants and also the most simple bacteria.
People is now making lot of efforts to save the Earth and the water, but everyone should make something to make it possible.

Our body is 70 % water, it is in our brain, lungs, tongue and also the blood.

We know that on our Earth about 70% is water, only 2.5% of this water is potable. Water can move all over the world with the help of the sun that can evaporate the water and it changes to clouds. Those clouds can move with the help of the wind. And after that the water falls off the sky and the cycle begins again.
So, why is water important ?
Water makes up about 55 to 60 percent of an adult's body weight, it keeps us hydrated, not only quenching our thirst but keeping our eyes, nose, mouth and other sensitive areas well hydrated. Water helps transport nutrients and oxygen throughout the body. It helps regulate our temperature, when we feel too hot we sweat to low our body temperature and feel cooler. Water is important for lubrication: for example saliva consists of water so we can swallow our foods properly. It protects our joints, water also helps in digestion, dissolves many solutes into our blood and helps our body remove wastes. Water protects and absorbs shocks by insulating the fetus brain and spinal cord.

If we talk about our personal lives, water is the foundation of our existence. The human body needs water for day to day survival. We may be able to survive without any food for a whole week but without water, we won't even survive for 3 days. Moreover, our body itself comprises 70% water.
Around 60 percent of our body is made up of water and we can only live three to five days without fluids. Water plays many important roles in the body including flushing waste from the body, regulating body temperature, transportation of nutrients and is necessary for digestion.
