         <description><![CDATA[<p>I ate rice, chicken, vegetables, and seaweed.</p><p>I think I need more fruit and milk.</p><p>• Next time, I will eat more healthy food.</p><p><br></p><p>這份便當像是求生存組合而已。沒有我特別喜歡的菜，但也不討厭。飯的分量很多但豆魚蛋肉類感覺只是來點綴的，蛋白質也太少。我個人最滿意的是那三格蔬菜，海帶、高麗菜和青菜樣樣都有，纖維質份量剛好。不過這一大碗白飯配上豆腐和加工素肉棒有點太多，所以會先把白飯撥掉三分之一，免得下午直接在課上暈碳然後斷片。</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My lunch has rice, chicken, and vegetables.</p><p>I need to eat more fruit and drink milk.</p><p>Next time, I will eat a more balanced meal. </p><p>午餐裡有白飯、雞腿和兩種蔬菜，整體來說營養還不錯。我覺得這份餐點的優點是有足夠的蛋白質和蔬菜，可以幫助維持健康，但是缺點在於沒有水果和乳品，營養不太均衡，而且雞腿有雞皮，脂肪比較多，下次可以去皮能更健康。未來我希望可以讓餐盤更均衡，例如加一份水果和一杯牛奶。</p>]]></description>
