The SEN seminar that I attended was very effective as it taught me how to identify and deal with students with ADHD and Autism. The sessions were interesting and the activities conducted were engaging and interactive. I plan to cascade the important points to my colleagues so that they may also make inclusion of these students in normal classroom environment. The seminar helped me to be in the shoes of children who learn differently and I'm surely going to continue the learning process regarding these children with the help of research.

SPELT Conference was an opportunity for English language teachers to enhance their expertise in their field. The theme of the conference " Globalization" helped the participants to take teaching and learning to another level. Plenary sessions by international specialists and concurrent sessions by local trainers have equally contributed to develop better understanding about English language teaching among the trainees . However, they need to improve their technical support which hindered the session's effectiveness.

SPELT Conference was indeed a great opportunity for English Language teachers to be abreast with the advance approach made in the field. The theme was Global-Local- Glocal. The 2-day conference offered teachers to meet their parallel teachers across the globe and the region. It provided a platform to them to learn different strategies and methodologies to be practised in our classrooms.

The session was informative as well as a great learning experience. I did not know much about kids with ADHD, AUTISM or DYSLEXIA but this seminar made me realize that those students or kids should be our primary focus. They should be taught differently and catered with love and affection. It broaden my understanding of those kids. I am surely going to learn more about the therapies discussed by the amazing speakers there, and will try to incorporate them at least in my brain break time so that all of my students remain healthy and they will study better. Will also share the experience with my fellow teachers and parents so they can identify the needs of those students.

It was indeed an effective session. I learnt a lot of new things and strategies to cater children with ADHD. I can even use these techniques in my school with my students. All the session were conducted by expert psychologists and therapists, who shared highly useful techniques to teach and help children.

The 3rd Annual Conference of Kazim Trust was organised by SOL School of Leadership in an interesting, engaging and effective manner. It aimed at creating public awareness regarding children suffering from Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia and autism. In this world of continuous advancement in technology and uncertainty in relationships, I found that we tend to ignore a few very important resources in our society who need our support and ethical behaviour and interaction. I leaned that these children are not special only they are extraordinarily different from us. They don’t bother about what we think of them and about societal pressures and competition. They have their own small world which is beautiful inside and it’s invisible to people like us. So to enter their world where they face devastation and frustration because of our intervention, we need to be more caring and sensitive to understand their psychological and physiological needs to bring peace to their world. I would like to visit such children and work in this regard if I get proper training and education relevant for this.
