- à retoucher : changer l'annonce peut-être en 3 postes différents. Chaque élève postule pour le poste préféré. (capo barristi, cuoco, servizio in sala...) Préciser dans l'annonce quel caffè exactement + traffiquer avec logement ? Si an prochain classe entière: les faire passer dès qu'ils sont prêts pour moins faire bloc oraux. Cette année environ 5/6 élèves par heure soit besoin de 4h pour faire tous passer = trop. 
+ pour écrire lettre motiv : donner + indications = formules, présentation lettre, phrase intro, qualités pour le poste, motivation venir Italie, phrase conc. 
penser à retoucher le cours de grammaire qui n'explique pas assez bien "il Suo" ou les COD et COI. Faire une feuille moi-même.
