         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nazrul<br>i would enjoy taking part in organised exercise as i would like to be fit and stay healthy throughout my life. As a teenager, I require a lot of energy for my daily activities. Once we become more fit, we would be able to do more things compared to those who arent fit. Instead of just lazing around, i would go ahead and play some sports with my friends and families so that all of us can stay fit and healthy. From my experience, i have been participating in daily activities like playing soccer or swimming in order to keep myself fit.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If we lack of fitness in our daily lives, we could be faced with multiple health issues like gettin too fat or might get obese. Once we are too fat or obese, it will be a challenge for us to do normal things in our daily lives. To avoid things like this, we should exercise daily and eat healthily in order to stay fit. From my experience, i barely exercise in my life and i was really unfit. I started to realise it and i felt sad. I started working out and going to the gym every weekends to stay fit and healthy. I know someone who is suffering from diabetes from the lack of exercise in their daily lives.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Crystal<br>i would enjoy taking part in organized exercise as i can lose weight and can have a healthy lifestyle. As teenagers we usually spend our morning sleeping or using their phone, we should get up and participate in organized exercise. We will be more aware of the surroundings and be more engaged in daily activities rather than being on our phones, we can spend the day in reality and not glued to the screens of our phones.<br>As for myself, i am from a sports cca, and i have physical training 4 times 1 week, i find it positive as it can increase our stamina and make me improve in the places that i need to improve.So i can say that exercising is good and i would like to take part in other activities and sports.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lack of fitness might cause obesity and health issues as if we keep eating and not exercising, we will gain weight and not lose weight. We should exercise as it is good for our heath, physically and mentally.From my experience, i was once a lazy person and never exercised, i was also from a non sport cca when i was in primary sch, until i finally realized that i need to exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle, i joined a sports cca and lost weight through that.Therefore, I can say that exercise is very important for human body if we do not exercise, we won't have health issues</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i agree to this question as the government cannot control our health and citizens should look after their own health as it is their own body, exercise is very important to the human body , if they do not exercise, they will lead to health issues and they will not be fit, and if they are old they will need their children to take care of them in the future and will not be healthy.Now i usually encouragemy parents to exercise with me and my sister, we will jog from our house to punggol park, if they are tired, they can cycle but me and my sister run. Therefore i think that if we do not excerise, we would be a burden to the society.<br><br></div>]]></description>
