I was told that i will get my timetable when ive fully enrolled, however i haven't been able to as of yet due to my identity check not working, despite me trying multiple times, but i have got my timetable, will it change once ive fully enrolled?

The welcome week timetable on the website has different details then the one i was emailed. For the example the time expected in etc.

On my placement it says from next week I’m only in on the Tuesday then the week after it’s 2 days for Mondays and Tuesday is this correct

Who can I speak to about following up about enrolling because I've had an email saying that I can get a picture taken on campus for my ID Card and that I can bring in proof of address also but I haven't had a follow up. It's a high concern because I've been trying since mid August and I don't want to be prevented in anyway
