Seasonal staff from all over; 50+ artists from all over - artists/audiences very different from Western MA

our community is the dance community rather than Becket or Western MA - help the dance community adapt

staffing pipeline - HR - out-source many staffing positions

programming effort is very inclusive, diverse 
All can agree that the programming feels very diverse and inclusive

transforming to next level of change overtakes our mission statement of the programming and the commitment to dance.
