But online writing activities will be funnier and easier to complete and students may feel more relaxed. 
2- I really liked the "snack writing" approach. Students are encouraged to write freely, express their ideas without hesitating or worrying about making erros. 
3- I believe  that my peers will be interested in new and effective approaches to make writing activities more entertaining, colloborative and appealing to their students. So I can share my experience with them.

2- Authentic listening materials are interesting, and not fictional. Students can learn daily language so these materials are natural at the same time. Students feel more comfortable and confident when they feel that they understand daily language.

3- First of all, I can make a good plan for pre, while and post listening activities. Finding or designing authentic materials will be helpful to catch my students attention. I can let them attend the activities not only as passive listeners but also as active participants. During the listening and speaking classes they are shy and scared to make mistakes. They claim that they don't understand the spoken texts while listening so they give up easly. I can really understand their concerns and fears as a teacher. I provide them with easy tasks, but it is not enough to break the prejudice. Some of them don't want to learn English and resist not to use even a single word in English due to cultural reasons. And the most challenging point for my colleagues is that they don't know how to react or what to do? They can rewatch, reread or listen the task without a time limit within the comfort of their house. It also provides a productive class time. Teacher can spend  more time for the classroom activities and this will create a more entertaining and productive classroom environment. 
2-My concern is about students' input and responsiblity level. Since young learners don't have enough input, they may not organize themselves. They need an adult's, mostly the teacher's guidance. Some students are not responsible enough to run a self-learning process.
3- I am sure just one or two of them will be interested in the topic but the rest of them will find an excuse claiming that they won't be able to run it. But I believe that small steps matter. Because the idea is quite intersting and enables a flexible working environment both for the students and the teachers. Maybe we think that students are not competent enough  to discover the rules, or maybe we don't know how to guide. 

2-Implicit teaching and the TTT. They are good for learner autonomy and observing. their improvement.

3- Of course, they will resist. 

4- TTT is a great approach to make grammar lessons more communicative.

At the same time, I find it quite risky in terms of causing false learning. Students who try to learn only by translating make sentences in the most common sense of the word without paying attention to the content. For example, they can write words like "do meal" instead of "cook" , or "steal the door" instead of "knock".  Learning by translating is also a very boring and difficult method to learn. I don't think it has a positive effect on long-term memory, but I haven't read a scientific study about it either. From time to time I also prefer informal assesments because students don't know it is an assesment and they work freely without any concern. They become more creative in that way.
