I love how the words are colored in dark and light mixed vibrant colors to create a spatted effect around the words like someone has dipped  a paintbrush into paint and splatted it allover the artwork.

I like how they have used a photo of of a female at some kind of beach where she looks alone and the message itself about the subject that people with mental health can feel alone.

I like the quote itself because i feel like i can relate to the quote itself and makes me one to think about my future and change my mindset into a more positive mindset so my future can be more positive instead of being held prisoner from my own thoughts.
