I was given an initial briefing on the ins and outs of the place and how it works there. We were divided into work shifts because there were also some friends who also chose placement for interns there. I have been assigned as a receptionist and being at the front desk to manage guests in check in and out arrangements.

Then we were led to a room where we were shown how housekeeping operates.
