         <title>Idea for a seat with heating and cooling capabilities.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The first prototype I created was a seat that you could heat up or cool by adding pads that could hold heat or coolness.  Problem: seat would lose heat or coolness.<br><br>The second prototype that I created had pads that were removable and you could heat or cool the pads individually.  Problem: pads stayed warm or cooler longer, but they would lose their warmth or coolness as well.<br><br>The third prototype that I created still has the removable pads, but now I have installed a cord that can be plugged up to a cigarette lighter or use an USB adapter to keep the seat warm or cool through the whole trip.</div>]]></description>
