In the case of the lithosphere, humans interact greatly with it. They live on the crust of the Earth and shape it's environment immensely. Building societies, forming land masses, mining economic goods, and building oil rigs are just a few examples of the human interaction with the lithosphere.

The hydrosphere consists of all bodies of water. Therefore, there can't be just one relative location. One can, however, describe it as surrounding all land masses and placed throughout landmasses in smaller amounts.
